(1) Pre-order will have to wait for 2 weeks to 3 weeks after the confirmation order have been made. For ready stock delivery rearrange in one week time.
(2) Confirmation order - check on stock availability - Email send out to confirm - Payment from customer
- Gelato Pique will send out an email to customer to confirm your order.
- Customer must make payment within 3 days to lock your purchase order.
(3) We only reserved the items for 3 days upon receive confirmation order,as we operate first come first served basis. If payment is not remitted within 3 days of confirmation, the items will be release.
(4) We will not held responsible for any lost or damage during delivery. However,Gelato Pique will make sure the quality and control before courier.
(5) Refund and exchange are not allowed after the transactions have been made.
(6) Price of the goods is not negotiable and postage charges are not included.
(7) We reserve the right to changes on the sites, policies and terms and conditions at any point of time.
